RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS

In addition, we understand that online shopping can be scary and frustrating sometimes, but it wonโ€™t be the case at Melaninful. You have our words! See what weโ€™ve got here for you:ย 

*** Melaninful will send you A REPLACEMENT or A FULL REFUND if you are not satisfied with your package. No question asked and no need to return either! We will treat this loss as our responsibility for your unsatisfactory shopping experience.

Until this point of time, we have not been able to handle returns and exchanges because we do not hold stock and all items are made-to-order. Instead, if we send you the wrong order, kindly let us know as soon as possible so that we can send you a replacement or a full refund.

  • Late delivery or missing order: We would gladly resend or issue a full refund if you do not receive the items purchased afterย 40 days of placing your order.ย 
  • Damaged or defectiveย items:ย We would offer a replacement or a full refund if you can submitย your order's shipping label and a photo proof within 10 days of deliveryย shownย by the tracking record.

CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION

If you wish to cancel or make a correction or modification to your order, please contactย our Customer Service Center within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order is sent to the fulfillment centers, cancellation is no longer accepted.ย

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDSย 

If you have yet to receive a refund, first check your bank account again, then contact your payment institution. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
